The Australian Human Rights Commission Report "An Anti-Racism Framework: The Perspectives of Multicultural Australia", along with reports from the Federation of Ethnic Communities Council of Australia (FECCA), Periyar Ambedkar Thoughts Circle of Australia (PATCA), and various community organizations, have highlighted the systemic issues of caste-based discrimination in Australian institutions, including the education system.

These voices must be included in the conversation to ensure that future generations of Australian children, regardless of caste, are educated in environments that promote inclusivity and respect for all.

As part of your election commitments, I urge you to take concrete steps to address caste-based discrimination in the educational system and support policies that ensure equality for all communities.
